That Girl As she sat lifeless on the swing, she noticed happy couple walking past, knowing that she would never have that kind of future, at least not with him. she just could not understand it, she gave him all the love she could, but he just walked out on her like that. She had forgiven him countless time for breaking her heart, for making her cry, but never once had he felt sorrow or regret for his actions. She loved him, more than anything else in the world, and he had loved her once before, at least that was what he claimed. But as time passed, it was as if the relationship had become more one-sided than before. No, she just could not understand it. Maybe it would have better if she hadnt believed him the first time he said "I love you". But perhaps she had just wanted to be with him so badly, that nothing else mattered, whether it was seeing him flirting with another girl, or seeing him confess his love, which was supposedly belonging to her, to her best friend.
